Budget (including currency): Looking to hopefully not have to spend more than $500, but if I need to I will

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone, Rocket Leauge, WoW, nothing too serious other than games and possibly recording.

Other details: Hello all! I built my PC around 5 years ago and haven't updated any parts since other than my 2nd monitor.  I have just recently noticed a decrease in performance when it comes to newer games, and I'm asking for help on what I should upgrade first/ everything I should upgrade.

Current specs are:

Radeon RX 470 Graphics Card
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
SANDISK X400 SSD
EVA 650 G2 gold standard power supply
2 Sticks of 4gb RIPJAWS brand RAM

I also have 1TB hard drive I bought but have not installed yet.

Thank you!
