Lower fps compared to old gpu

Hello i recently bougt a gpu and i get lower fps on csgo i had with my old gpu with everything on high like 140fps and with my new gpu i dont even get 110 fps with everthing on normal

i dont know much about pc’s

 

specs

 

gpu: msi radeon RX 470 4gb

Cpu: intel core i5 3350p

Ram: 8gb

You need to share both Gpus

Without knowing your old card it's basically impossible to give you an answer

What was the old card?
Did you use DDU to remove the old drivers?
