I made a forum post about this before and it was a temporary fix for the issue but a I will explain the issue again.

I play GTA or any game more demanding than CSGO but after maybe 10-35 minutes my AMD driver crashes and I'm forced to hard restart my pc.

Now if i am being honest its getting to the point where I cant use my pc to game (Which is my main reason I bought it)

I have tried using DDU maybe 3-4 times and reinstalled different versions of different drivers but nothing works, I was also advised to lower my ram speed, I went from 2800MHZ to 2666MHZ and the crashing still occured, I am now running at 2133MHZ and it's still occuring. Now for anyone wondering I am running A

Ryzen 3200G

2X8GB Corsair Vengence 3000MHZ

ASrock AB350 Pro4

ASUS Duel RX 580 4GB

PNY CS900 SSD 120GB

Seagate Baracude 1TB

Corsair CX650M

I am thankful for any help that isnt a temp fix,

Many Thanks

-Lewis

Lowering my RAM Speed temp fixed it for maybe 2-3 days and the issue continued after that, and ive gone lower and lower but even on 1666MHZ the issue still happens

JEDEC standard is DDR4-2133 ... no need to go even lower.

What version BIOS are you using currently on your motherboard?

If it's a much older version, considering updating it.

What version Radeon drivers are you using?

Do you have anything else running in the background, aside from GTA V?

I've noticed, for me personally, my drivers will crash every so often with my AMD R9-Fury while playing OverWatch.

Turns out, at least for me, Microsoft Teams running in the background was causing the issue, and making the game tab out, etc.

Try running it without Logitech G Hub, a friend of mine had issues with stuff crashing while it was running.

19.50.29.27 .... is Radeon Software version 20.4.2..?

Release date May 26 2020.

There have been reports that Wallpaper Engine causes some crashing issues.

It is one of those applications that hook other 3D applications (e.g. like what Microsoft Teams is doing to me).

Make sure that is closed, and not running it the background.

Not sure if VoiceMeter can be causing problems too...

Other then that, MSi Afterburner, Ryzen Master, should be fine...

That version of the software is correct,

I will uninstall Wallpaper Engine now, see if that sorts anything
