netwok B6312 to ethernet

I am from israel and we use here the british b6312 phone jack. I wanted to know if I can use it for ethernet using a cable from b6312 to rj11 and then an adapter from rj11 to rj45.

Unlikely, phone cable usually only has two or four pairs (and the socket only uses two), ethernet uses eight.  Phone cable is also often not twisted pair, especially in the house.

 

There are adapters to send DSL over phone wiring but they aren't cheap and AFAIK limited to 100Mbit.  You'd also want to make sure this signal doesn't go out the incoming phone line.
