J6 custom rom problems

i followed some guides to install custom rom on my j6 and they worked perfectly but with only one problem and it's the camera i tried various gcam app versions none of them worked properly .. some of them starts with weird image resolution (like horizontal or something ) and others just black screen or don't even open. i had this problem with different roms such as lineage os, pixel experience. the camera app on the default samsung OS works perfectly but on the custom roms they just don't .. any help please and thanks <3

TL;DNR:  probably useless background for observers.

For those such as myself wondering what “j6” means apparently it may be the Samsung galaxy j6 phone https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_J6

 

As a general rule custom roms are imperfect.  As the features of phones expand and become more complex they get harder to do.  Modern phones tend to do a whole lot of image post processing so glitches with camera software don’t seem surprising to me.

@Bombastinator is there any solution ? because all roms i tried had the same issue

You kidding?  I had to look up what “j6” even meant.  Camera post processing software keeps changing and it does it fast.  Finding a custom rom that even has functional post processing let alone good post processing strikes me as a win.
