Easy Question

I recently build a computer with the help of this community. 

Now that the PC is built I was wanting to get a fan or two that attached to the front inside of the case but I don't know what how to look for a fan. I was hoping to get fans with Blue LED lights.

There aren't many good blue led fans so it'll come down to what's available, well priced, and performs well enough for your needs.

Systems specs? Budget?

This and then start looking price range and what is actually available. Like @WoodenMarker said, LED fans aren't really good. If your budget can fit RGB fans, and you have support for them in mobo (or they come with controller), that might be better way to go.
