Good afternoon everyone!

Since I have my cube on top of my desk I wanted to make it as quite as possible, I have a couple of upgrades that I'm going to do in the coming weeks first is my power supply : I will be upgrading to a Be quite Straight power 11 750 w (https://pcpartpicker.com/product/f4mFf7/be-quiet-straight-power-11-750-w-80-platinum-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-bn642). The second upgrade that I'm looking to do is a new CPU cooler : I have two choices the first is the Be quite dark pro 4 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BY6F8D9/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1) or Noctua NH-D15 chromax. Black(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Y87YHRH/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_6?smid=A1Z5H6ZGWCMTNX&psc=1

The main goal for the PC for the next year is to be able to do 1080p at Ultra settings, possibly 1440p within that time frame if the price of G-sync 1440p non-TP panels go down, for the CPU I was just wondering if the following two CPU would be huge upgrades compared to my 1600x:

First choice:

https://www.microcenter.com/product/5003876/-amd-ryzen-5-3600x-with-wraith-spire-cooler,-gigabyte-b450m-ds3h,-cpu---motherboard-bundle

Second choice: https://www.microcenter.com/product/5003667/-intel-core-i5-9600k,-gigabyte-b365-ultra-durable,-cpu---motherboard-bundle

I'm leaning more towards Intel right now due to it performing a bit better than the 3600x

Since I'm I have g-sync monitor I'm limited to team green my two choices are

RTX 2060 Super

https://www.microcenter.com/product/609639/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-2060-super-windforce-oc-overclocked-dual-fan-8gb-gddr6-pcie-30-video-card

RTX 2070 Super

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LLAJ8PU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-RTX-2070-Super-Ventus/dp/B0856BVRFL/ref=sr_1_10?crid=3T1R6UAGLK4JK&dchild=1&keywords=2070+super&qid=1590370795&sprefix=2070+%2Celectronics%2C209&sr=8-10

RTX 2080

https://www.microcenter.com/product/607935/GeForce_RTX_2080_Turbo_Edition_Overclocked_Single-Fan_8GB_GDDR6_PCIe_30_Graphics_Card

I'm personally leaning more towards the 2070 Super, but I think it might be overkill for just 1080p.

Personally, I think the best plan is to save my money, and keep my 1600x and just upgrade to the RTX 2060 super for the time being, since I plan on keeping my monitor at least for another year.

Second route I could take is upgrading to a 2070 super if it's okay to run it with my 1600x.

Third route is 2070S with 3600x or 9600k.

The main goal for my PC is to be able to play games at 1080p at Ultra settings at 60 to 80fps min, and also be as quite as possible.

Usually people upgrade when they start to not hit 60+ fps in their games, at least I do. If you can I would wait for geforce 30xx and ryzen 4000. But if you really need to upgrade right now the main thing here is what refresh rate is your monitor? If it is under 144 I don't think there is a point getting a 2070 super as that will be a waste of frames.

So then get a 2070 super if you wan't 100+ fps with max setting. I wouldn't upgrade your cpu as the 1600x has aged like fine wine. Though talking about my opinion I would wait for the new stuff to come out.
