is this page safe?

Hello, I was recently searching something up in google and came across this page: wikipedia.nd.ax and I accidentally clicked it without reading the url direction.

 

After realizing my mistake i close it and installed bitdefender in that pc (I wasn't using my main pc), which it didnt detect any threats

 

I'm asking here just to be safe and a little peace of mind. Is it just a mirror of wikipedia?

I guess it's just a mirror then, though it did show up second in my google search, that was kinda weird.

Oh yeah, it's safe. It's just a mirror. Not managed by Wikipedia but I couldn't find anything harmful on that link either.

I never expected a mirror of Wikipedia show up so high in the google search.
