help Windows taskbar not working correctly

Hi,

 

I have kind of a dumb question i think.

Normally when i have multiple windows open of the same program ie: chrome. 

When i hover on the icon on the taskbar i get something like THIS

 

Hover today i noticed that when i open a second chrome ( or any other program ) i get something like THIS

 

It maybe something small but its driving me crazy.

that didn't work sadly.

Taskbar settings - "Combine taskbar buttons"

 

When Chrome windows are combined to one button it's obvious there's no window preview.
