Power pin out help

I am in the process of getting a pin out of the power supply(s) on a cheap dell poweredge 2550 that I can mod to put a more recent board into, I haven’t been able to find any 12 volt power on the board, and I’m not sure if it’s a dell thing or if there’s just nothing I can do other than maybe some way to turn 6 volts to 12 volts, thanks in advance! With a paper clip in power supply on and ground, the red warning looking led on the units go between eachother, unsure why (close ups of the distribution board and proprietary cable in the video)
