The Division 2 Not Working

So I bought The Division 2 like few days ago and I downloaded it but when I try to connect my Epic Games account to Uplay account (link account) This thing popped out. I want to play the game but it's giving me a lot of problems and I already searched from Google for solutions but can't seem to find any decent solutions, can someone help me with this? I don't want my $10 to be gone for good and everytime I check the hyperlink, it's ERROR 404
