I have a MSI z87 g41 Pc Mate MOBO and ill be buying a Sapphire r9 280x Toxic but i have a problem.
when i measure the GPU in my MOBO i think the USB 3.0 cable will block my GPU. Is it true?

You will be fine, the front panel USB 3.0 doesn't cross GPU

Of course I did... Also the people who actually design these motherboards have thought everything. There will be not conflicting hardware.
