Do you mean on that would plug into where a case's power button would?

The button is a regular switch, you can connect any (clicky) switch there, that triggers a momentary connection.

any button that plugs in to two wires is an on/off button for a motherboard

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
