Ram speed help, new amd build

Hi hopefully someone can help me out! 

Changed my Pc's motherboard, ram and cpu today, I've attached an image of the new components.

PC boots up perfectly fine, but ram is stuck at 2133, no matter what I do.

What I've done:

• Updated Bios
• Used DOCP
• Tried every speed from 2666mhz to 3600mhz in the bios, it boots but still stays at 2133 speed
• Changed Ram Slots, originally in A1 and B1, Now in A2 and B2

Kinda at a loss for what to try next!

what software are you using to verify ram speed? task manager is sometimes bugged. use cpu-z

you should have them in a2 and b2 anyway, so it's good that you moved them.

when you enable docp, make sure dram voltage is also set to 1.35V

you can try to increase SOC voltage to 1.05 and see if that helps.

I was using the bios and cpu z to check, but I'm new to this stuff!

I've added a screenshot of cpu z, and the bios settings I'm running.

The bios status shows it at 2133 mhz, regardless of what i do, and its definitely a 3600mhz kit!

It's showing the reading in single channel 

Meaning that the sticks are BOTH running at 3600 if you divide that by 2 youll get this reading

you're fine, they are running at 3600.
