Low gpu usage fps drop

I have a laptop. Specs i7-8550u and mx130 with 8gb ram ddr4 

My problem is while gaming ( fortnite) my CPU usage is around 65% , but my gpu cannot go off 42% and this causes fps drops. I'm also using low settings and 1280×720 resolution. Any solutions

can you monitor temperatures? it's probably overheating. otherwise, make sure you're not on battery and you're on the performance power plan

I took some screenshots one in loading and one in the lobby and one in mid-game and last one when my fps dropped 

And I'm not on battery and I'm using max performance in power plan

your gpu is overheating. most gpus throttle at 83C. get a cooling pad for your laptop, lower some of the details or try to clean your laptop if you haven't done already. you can als

o install msi afterburner and set a more aggressive fan curve.

Thank you , I'm looking for a cooling pad but it's hard to get it during quarantine. And my pc is absolutely clean I just reset it a couple days ago. And can you explain how to set aggressive fan curve

I'm in msi afterburner right now but I can't increase the fan speed.  I think I don't have a gpu fan or there's something I need to do
