Help with v sync and GeForce experience

I installed a gt 430 into my windows 7 x64 pc and installed the 391.35 driver. I then tried to enable v sync but I got an access denied/couldn’t apply settings to your system. I also tried to install GeForce experience but got an install failed error. I tried reinstalling the driver but that didn’t fix it. TIA

Did you use DDU to wipe everything from the old driver first?

That didn’t work. But the program that I needed win 7 for. I found a patch for win 10 so I’m going to reinstall win 10 and see if that fixes it
