help with startup problem

Hi ltt forum, I have a problem with my pc and monitor. I have  an Optix MAG321CQR monitor and every time I start my pc the monitor is at 60 hz when it can be 144hz so i have to manually change it every time. Is there a way I can fix this? This can't be how it's supposed to work.
