Rtx 2060 ko ultra good for 1440p ultra @60fps

You will need to lower some settings in some demanding games but otherwise it should do okay.
It all depends on the games you play.

Depends on what games. Even a2060 super struggles with rdr2 with high settings but less demanding titles will yield the 60fps

Quoting people works better than tagging them usually.

Apex Legends for instance would be easy to get 60FPS @Ultra settings, but in a game like Assassins Creed Odyssey for example it's impossible to get 60FPS with all settings on Ultra at 1440p on a 2060.

There are also games like Red Dead Redemption 2, Control, Gears V and more, all of which would require lowering some settings to achieve 60FPS average.

Just keep in mind that not every game will just work well on max settings with a 2060 at that resolution, it's not the fastest GPU around.
