So I updated the bios and tried to install afresh copy of windows, it recognized the m.2, but I have now tried booting a fresh copy of windows onto the pc with a flash drive and it will not boot. The ROG symbol pops up on my monitor and it says getting ready, it will load to a 100% then it will restart then freeze. I literally have no idea what to do at this point. I have tried double checking all connections and I also had tried booting with a single stick of ram. If it would help I can upload a video.

Try putting a new install of Windows 10 to your flash drive. You can get it from here.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

I tried at this point 3 different flash drives all with new copies of windows at this point, windows screen literally freezes and loops boot

Do you have some kind of overclock, XMP or other custom options set up in your bios by any chance?

Also if you have another pc or a laptop you might want to take a drive from your current setup and install it on a different pc and install windows there then plug it back in your system.
