help activating coolbits 4, and 8

on my pop_os for my 1660 super oc gigabyte g1 triple fans card i cant get the Coolbits "8" or "12" to enable overclocking i might not have the config file structured right

if anyone has this card version an has it working can you show me what you did in the config file to get it so
