Um help the German?

So I've never built a computer mostly done odd repairs and upgrades on computers. It took me forever to find a case I liked, and before I decided to second guess myself I bought one. This has been 3 years of me trying to decide. 

 

So I got a corsair 220t rgb mid tower gaming case. I still haven't decided on a motherboard, but I'm running the same 2 main components from my old machine, my Intel core i7-7700 and my Nvidia GeForce 1070...

I'm going for an air cooling build, because it's what I'm more comfortable with, also rgb it's become a bit of an obsession as of late. 

I've never bought a power supply before so I don't even know where to start, good manufacturers and so forth.

anything 500w and above will be fine, probably even a 450w, but that would be close.
