your video card could be dying? make sure it isnt some mining malware first, they can take up your gpu

Im learning towards the dead GPU, because the problems started right after the pc was just build and OS was installed, i couldnt get a malware from installing drivers

Reinstall drivers. Try to benchmark the GPU on another computer if possible. Check usage on taskmanager. Get MSI afterburner and check the clock speeds and the temp.

Temp is ok, but GPU usage on the other hand never reaches 100,its always aboit 60 to 70

Make sure you are using the latest graphics drivers from AMD...and not from the included CD/DVD.

https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-5700-series/amd-radeon-rx-5700-series/amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt

Also, make sure to install the motherboard chipset drivers.

The Ryzen optimized Power Plan is now part of the chipset drivers, too.

What games are you playing, that you notice the GPU usage at 60% ~ 70%?

Did you also check CPU usage %?

Csgo, dirt rally, gta5

DiRT Rally should be a pretty GPU demanding game.

CS:GO doesn't use much GPU power, and not very well optimized for many cores, so I can see usage % for both CPU and GPU being lower.

How many FPS are you getting in CS:GO?

GTA V is a pretty hot mess...really poorly programmed game.

Did you install the chipset drivers like I mentioned?

If you already did, do you have the Ryzen Power plan selected?

AMD Offers Custom Power Plan for Ryzen

The RAM you have is advertised / rated for DDR4-3200, BUT it is actually RUNNING at 3200 MHz?

By default, DDR4 RAM will run at DDR4-2133.

You need to enable XMP / AMP / DOCP in the BIOS settings to actually set the RAM to run at that speed.

Windows Task Manager is not very reliable, instead, use CPU-Z.

Here is shot of my system in CPU-Z. I've got DDR4-3000 RAM, so it is showing up as 1500 MHz (1500 MHz double data rate = 3000 MHz).

It should say ~1600 MHz if you have XMP enabled.

In csgo i get 150-300 fps, and yes, i have selected 3200mhz in xmp profilu, but would it hurt to install chipset drivers  again, i cant really remember if i installed them. One weard thing is that in furmark, i got results that i should be getting with my Rig, but when it come to 3dmark or games, the card is basicly a 1050ti

CS:GO FPS seems to be correct.

Make sure you are running on FULL SCREEN, and not Windowed Mode or something.

The game should be the main focus in Windows...otherwise it will throw the graphics drivers off (e.g. gets confused and won't stay a full 3D speed).

Ryzen Balanced plan greatly affected 1st Gen Ryzen, and a bit still for 2nd Gen Ryzen.

3rd Gen Ryzen, not so much.

Can you share your 3DMark scores?

If it's already on the 3DMark scoreboard, share the link, or post some screenshots, etc.
