GPU for editing. Mostly After Effects

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly After Effects with some Premier and Photoshop. 

Other details: Main questions is what should be my target GPU for this build?

is the $1000 for the whole build or for GPU only? after effects is mostly CPU dependent, so I'd invest most of the budget in a cpu and any 6-8GB vram GPU should do.

Well depending what you've currently got. I mean if you have a good setup an RTX 2080 Super would be a good spot.

Yeah I thought of this, I guess there is no use for something like a quadro.
