Which ram is better?

I'm new to building pc's and i'm not sure which is better i'm building a very good build (I9-9900k and a rtx 2080 ti) but there are some things on the ram that i'm confused about i'm getting trident z royal but i'm not sure which is better the two options i have is ddr4 3200mhz with a cas latency of 16 and the other option is ddr4 3600mhz with a cas latency of 17 and i'm not sure which is better so if someone could help me out i would much appreciate that.
