Specs:

AMD Sempron 145

Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz 4GB DDR3 RAM

MSI 970A-G46 MOBO

MSI R9 270x 2G

WD 320GB HDD

Seasonic 550RM

With Win7 32 bit

After putting it together, it worked fine with the integrated graphics. Then, after installing the drivers the computer kept freezing after the windows logo before the log in screen.

I tested the system with another graphics card; it worked fine. So I decided to flash the gpu. I used ATIwinFlash to flash it from 15.040 to 15.041 GPU Bios. The flashing process worked perfectly. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and the same issue occured. However, there is progress. Now, it doesn't freeze with low-resolution mode but after logging in by 10-20 seconds, the screen turns completely blue.

Any thoughts ?
