I saw the video long before the post. The design wouldn't be much different from the one they already  did, it's going to be the same copper with the acrylic top just with some grooves, it would be pointless to make the whole thing out of copper since you don't exactly get measurable differences in temperatures since the acrylic doesn't make contact with the cpu to start with. Anyway by using a similar design to the one in the video you do kind of end up with designs that have been already used for a while in cpu water blocks, like the example below. Though I would really like to see some more home made cooling videos, like making a whole water cooling setup themselves, like radiator, cpu block, etc.
