What are some of the best PC Fans right now? from budget to high end. ie $10 to $50

High-end fans are Noctuas, or if you want RGB, Corsair makes great fans.

I'm not familiar with the low-end spectrum though

Whatever you can afford noise to performance standpoint. Noctua, BeQuiet, NoiseBlocker... there's a lot.

Then get some 10k RPM Delta fans, lol.

Either way, there's diminishing returns when it comes to cooling modern hardware.

It just doesn't produce enough heat to care so much about what fans you're using if you don't care about noise.

well the hyper 212 is a great budget cpu cooler that works with a lot cpus and the noctcua fans are the best so i just thought it would better if u put them together

Until you realize Noctua makes cooler as well and you'd be better off getting one since it would come with Noctua fans and you're not spending money twice for no reason.
