Case fan software

What motherboard are you using? There might be a software utility that you can download from the manufacturer website.

I (and many others) prefer SpeedFan, but I think all of the big four motherboard manufacturers include a fan control program in their software package.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Yes, download the App Center from Gigabyte's site, then download and install SIV to it. You can use that to set custom fan curves.

Correct. SIV is more of an extension to App Center than it is a standalone program.
