he needs a k sku as @5x5 said you cant oc it what so ever 

but some oem cpus come not factory oced but have their cores specifically ramp up in some tasks but end up with worse over all performance 

so you cant enable mce or oc or do anything with a locked sku

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
