I fail to see a legal way to get them here for less between cost + currency conversion + shipping + import taxes. Honestly places like pccg are pretty damn reasonable on cost when you consider they need to make a living as well.

I had an issue with import taxes myself. I ordered an hd4870x2 a long time ago and I had to pay a stupid amount of taxes. So in the end it wasn't worth it at all.
