Aio and fan problems

Hi I have an asrock x570 pro4 and a Silverstone p360 aio and I'm having problems with the aio not lightning up even the it is connected to the motherboard CPU/pump 4pin connection and my main problem is that even tho it is connected it still dosent light up and dosent make use of the full 4 pin connections as the pump uses a 3 pin connection is there any way to get the pump to light up and use all 4 pins that the motherboard header has so I'm not worried about the aio not running and possibly overheating my CPU

Confirming, the aio is plugged into the CPU header.

And the aio has a three pin connector.

The motherboard has a for pin CPU header.

 

Is there any other connection on the aio?

No there is only the 4 pin connector and 2+1 pin the connects to the fans and the fans are all connected to a controller that has SATA Power from the psu
