HELP NEEDED aours engine causing blue screen

hey so i just picked up a Aorus 360mm liquid cooler and i cant get cpu info to show up on the screen. tried downloading aorus engine 1.8.3 i believe and it immediately causes blue screen and i have to enter safe boot to uninstall. ik that alot of people have issues with that program but is there another one i can download to make the aio screen work? Thanks in advance :) also i have the usb header plugged into a corsair commander pro not sure if that will effect anything.
