Integrated graphics disappeared?

So the processor I have is 3570k, it has integrated graphics, which I know for a fact because I ran on it when my 7870 died before I got my 1060. 

Right now I'm building a new pc and I'm only keeping the graphics card from the old one and planned on keeping this a secondary PC that would run on iGPU.

The only issue is my PC no longer recognizes my iGPU. When I hook it up to the monitor it doesn't display anything, I can't find it in device manager, nothing... 

How come it just dissapeared and it doesn't function when a year and a half ago it did. 

The motherboard I'm using is Asrock Z77 pro3, I looked through BIOS couldn't find anything regarding integrated graphics.

If you have another graphics card installed it disables itself. Will only show up once you remove the card.

Tried it, uninstalled all other gpu drivers still nothing.

You must physically take the card out of the PC, drivers don't matter.

Yes I did try that still nothing.

It just seems like my PC is completely ignoring the fact that there in fact is integrated graphics

Yes tried cmos reset still nothing, tried both ports available (HDMI and VGA) still nothing
