Memory overclock problem

I have 2x G.skill 8GB RAM (xmp 16-18-18-18-38 3000MHz, hynix-c die). Using last version of BIOS. Working @3000MHZ 14-17-17-31 prerfectly. Im trying overclock frequencies but its not stable when much than 3000mhz and pc not booting at 3333+ MHz. I tried up to cl18 and 1.45V but i couldn't make it stable. What can i do for make it 3200 or 3333MHz? I tried change voltages, timings, command rate, GearDownMode, resistances and im still stuck at 3000MHz.

If your ram is rated at 3000mhz it can't go any higher

It's not like a cpu

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

I did the frequency first and then went for the ram timings. It's different for every Ram , like a cpu it's kinda lottery how much more frequency you get, with what voltage and timings.
3000Mhz rated corsair vengeance CL16 I got up to 3133Mhz and CL 14.

Mine is stable at cl14 3000 but not stable at cl16 3066.

Maybe you reached the max amount of frequency with these sticks and can only play around with timings apparently.
Needed 1.37V for the 3133 Mhz but anything above that, no matter what voltage gets unstable. Like I said, it's a lottery how good your sticks are.

Max amount: XMP frequency? Unlucky for me. Tried 1.35 to 1.45V for 3000+ MHz but not worked. I think i lost the lottery.
