Audio Setup Advice

I am looking to upgrade my current gaming headset (steelseries arctis pro) and I want to just get a good pair of headphones to use in my day to day life as well (potentially bose quietcomfort 35's) but I would also like to still use it for gaming on my PC, Xbox and PS4. I figured i would use the antlion mod mic in order to allow me to use it on consoles, but what equipment should i get within a reasonable budget to get great sound out of my PC? Also would there be any way to allow a headset to take in audio from multiple sources at once? Such as listening to a youtube video on my computer while playing a game on my xbox? I'm very ignorant on audio setups so i dont know what i should really be looking for, or even if what i want is possible.
