HELP! MONITOR FLICKERING WITH RTX 2070

I have tried everything on the physical end. Im pretty sure it is a software issue but thank you for replying.

HELP! I just got my gigabyte RTX 2070 and I installed all the drivers but the bottom part of my second monitor is now flickering and I can find out why. Please help :)

Make sure your display cable is plugged in properly on both ends. Try another display cable and see if the problem persists.

Why so? Why don't you think it's a problem with the physical monitor?

I have tried another pc and the issue doesn't happen.
