WiFi MAC Address Randomly Changes

In addition to the previous suggestion, try installing the latest drivers for your wireless adapter. Ensure to download the drivers first before removing the old ones through Device Manager.

Morning people, I have a interesting issue with my Intel Wireless NIC on my ASRock X399 Taichi Motherboard. What it is doing is randomly changing my MAC Address for seemingly no reason as far as my limited knowledge can see. I have taken a few screenshots too show the differences between each attempt at using the network. We are using pfSense firewall and the changing MAC Address is messing up my DHCP Reservations. I should be using the Address ending with .99, but I have seen several other endings after noticing this. I also went in to turn off Randomize Address in Windows 10 WiFi settings only to find it already off. After browsing the Web for a bit I found a article which showed a way to spoof the address using the Device Properties, however there wasn't a setting in there to change the address.

The last two Command Prompt images are after we went in and edited the MAC Address in pfSense DHCP Server settings for my Device.

Also I know I can just set up a Static IP on my end, however I just want to figure out why my MAC Address keeps changing on me for whatever the reason.

This problem is more of an annoyance then actually being detrimental, as all I have to do to get my address back is load up pfSense and set my MAC Address again, then /release and /renew my connection. Any help on this would be great!

@Night Wolf

I went and disabled and then re-enabled my WiFi NIC and it changed the MAC Address again.

@Falcon1986

I grabbed the latest driver from Intel's Driver page, uninstalled the current driver, then installed the driver downloaded. Once again the MAC Address changed.
