Im not saying its impossible to stream in a quad-core cpu but it will affect you gaming fps. A lot. So you might want to swap it out as well to atleast a r 5 1600. 

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"
