i click on disable all sound effects and it doesnt turn off, sometimes if i spam it it turns off but i think just visually, cuz it doesnt stay

I am doubtful that echo cancellation would solve your issue anyways. The mic wire is likely picking up audio through EMF leakage, a common issue with headsets.

Is your headset plugged into the front panel of your case? If yes, try the motherboard ports.

Can you make us another video for troubleshooting? Click the "listen to this device" box in the microphone settings, play some music on the headphones, and speak a simple sentence into the mic.

i fixed it, needed to update the realtek drivers. the old drivers had the audio enchancement settings in the sound settings and at the same time i had the same set of options in the realtek audio manager and i think they were "fighting", the new update doesnt have the audio enchancements settings in the sound settings, but it does in the realtek audio manager. that fixed my problem, i dont know if what i said is 100% true tho', thats just what i saw happening.
