usb over current status error

usb over current status device will shut down in 15 secs..

This error is popping randomly sometimes it works...i tried disabling ports from bios still the problem occurs..so i turn on two ports every time on startup i have to switch ports from bios to make it work 

i guess there is no issue with hardware please help ....

specs:-

asus b350 f gaming motherboard

ryzen 5 1600

16 gb corsair ram

zotac 1080 mini
