Get a third drive. You clone drive one to drive 3. Then you clone drive 2 to drive 1. After that you clone drive 3 to drive 2. That should do the trick.

Is clone just copy? And is the SSD or HDD drive one in your answer. I am new to this so I am trying to learn. Thank you.

You can clone with a utility for windows or even better using a bootable usb stick with clonezilla on it. But carreful cuz cloning is exhausting for drives. I do not recommand to do it often. Better using a utility like syncback if your only objective is to have a backup of your personnal datas.
