I've been trying to get a stable overclock on my system.  I've gone through some different components and just recently had difficulty booting the system at all.  It takes several tries and the light indicators on my x570 board show VGA and Boot lit up, and doesn't allow access to the BIOS.  Hitting reset button a few times usually gets it to boot to windows and or at least allow access to BIOS.  It took 5 tries and clearing the CMOS this time.

I've replaced everything.

from an Asus x470 Tuf to an ASRock x570 Phantom Gaming 4

Ryzen 5 2600 to a 3600 (non x)

3 different memory kits

1. 2 x 16gb G Skill ripjaws (supposed to run at 3200mhz but only stable at 3000)

2. 4 x 8gb G Skill ripjaws (3600 mhz but only stable at 3200mhz)

3. 2 x 16 G Skill Trident (3600, somewhat stable at 3200 but currently set to 2933)  All voltages set at 1.35 to 1.38

Intel 660p 1tb nvme to Western Digital SN550 1tb

XFX rx 590 Fatboy OC to an MSI rx5500xt

psu and case remained same, 1200w gold thermaltake and level10GT case (if either of these help)

When I put in the OS drive, I had mirrored it from the previous.  Upon reflection, It had been mirrored from a SATA SSD and a spinning HD before that.  Could it be a boot sector corruption issue?
