Can't get RAM over 3200

Hello everyone! I'm new here, please be gentle

 

I play Factorio allot and Factorio doesn't really care about a fast CPU it wants fast RAM if you build a big base.

My computer has a Gigabyte Z370 HD3P mainboard and the Gigabyte website says it supports up to DDR4-4000.

CPU is an Intel Corei3-8350K CPU @ 4.00GHz and at vcore 1.295 it is happy @ 4.50Ghz.

I upgraded the ram from 3000 to 4000 as shown in the attached picture.

It will not boot with any faster setting than 3200. Enabling XMP or disabling it and entering the timings and voltage myself does not seem to help.

Am I missing something or is this the best I will get?
