Help with psu

Hello, I need help with choosing a sub 80-100$ or 6-7k inr psu. 

I have checked the psu list but still thought it would be better to get second opinions. 

I am currently trying choose between antec's 80+ gold semi modulars but different series

I'm confused between 700w neo eco zen, 750w Earthwatts pro & HCG750 

Because neo eco zen is listed as new and others are higher priced but idk if that means higher quality.. 

I hope antec respects the aq7 warranty they give. Idk service centre of Corsair & cooler master if they are in India and respect warranty claims then I can get some model from them too..

Higher price doesn't always means higher quality but in this case, HCG Gold would be better than the other two.

I'm also looking for future upgrades and not needing to get a new psu. With ryzen 3-4's and nvidia amperes. 

Currently I only have fx 8350 & 1050ti but my old psu got busted after 200+ hrs continuously gaming ac odyssey and other games lol it was old & cheap under 30-50usd I guess. It now makes some burning smell so I decided not to use it or any cheap psu lol. 

So it's one for earth & one for high current.. Will wait few more hours before placing order. 

Can anyone confirm if companies like antec respect warranty?
