First, you need to understand that I bought this PC during the Cryptocurrency mining.

My current specs are:

CPU: i7-7700k

GPU: GTX 1080
RAM: 32 GB
MB: now this sucks, it's HP 8307 (U3E1).

Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU 2K 144Hz

When I stream the game capture, followers goal, and alert box it works fine, but recently I wanted to add more personality to the stream so I decided to purchase some themes and turn on my webcam, but my CPU started dropping frames in the stream and my gaming experience also suffered.

I don't want to upgrade my GPU right now I'm waiting for the 3000 series.

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

600$ for the MB and CPU.

What games or other software do you need to run?

FPS Games: COD, Valorant.

and waiting for Cyberpunk.

You should be using NVENC in OBS, and it should be mostly fine

cap the fps in your games to lessen the load on your CPU as well.

Could just get a Ryzen 7 3700, B550 boards launch June 16th, though it would have the same gaming performance

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I'm using NVENC, but thanks haven't thought about caping the FPS, will try that!

And I've been meaning to ask, Streaming wise are AMD better than intel considering they have more cores?

Pretty much, it's just a better value CPU than the 9900K

wait for B550 for sure though, gives you access to Ryzen 4000 CPUs, though they probably won't be more than 10% faster
