NZXT CAM Trouble

Hey! I have gotten some trouble with the NZXT cam software lately. After the newest update my CPU information is not showing up as it used to and the CPU model is not recognized. I have a i9-9900k and the Kraken z63 cooler. I have had no problem with before the last update and the pump and fans seems to be working just fine, but i dont get any information what so ever. Just the message n/a on the temp and fan speed. I have tried to clean boot my computer and turn of every single non microsoft application. Please Help!
