mobo? My pc keeps failbooting

So my pc has been failbooting for a while and it's not sounding good it's just stuck like that . Can someoone help me

How old is it 

Same for the mobo 

Any oc on the GPU and CPU 

Latest firmware for the chipset and the GPU?

It's a Xilence 700R6 no oc at all
