M.2 has solid orange light

I recently bought a ryzen 5 3600 to replace my ryzen 3 1600 and ever since I updated my bios to f40 my m.2 has been unable to do anything but flash that orange light. My m.2 has been working since the day I got it and only stopped working when I got my new CPU. I've been trying to fix this and have basically done everything but format the card. Any help is appreciated
