Fastest Windows OS for Android Emulator (Bluestacks or Nox) on 2GB RAM?

I want fastest Windows OS for Android emulators on 2GB RAM PC with Slow HDD, and AMD Athlon II X2 250. but is there any fastest windows operating system for android emulators?

From what I can see, BlueStacks requires Windows 7 or newer. I doubt which one you use is going to make much of a difference. You have very little RAM and a slow(ish) CPU and neither Windows 7, 8 or 10 are going to change that.

OS makes no difference. Its your actual CPU and RAM which will be the issue.
