I have a Dell XPS 13 9370 that has a major issue. Whenever I close the screen my computer should go to sleep (what the power settings are set to) which I think it does. The problem is that when I open it back up it will not come out of sleep. If I press the keyboard the backlight comes on but the screen stays off. In order to get my computer back on I have to hold the power button for 5-10 seconds which I think is a force restart. I posted about this issue in the Dell sub reddit where I was told to reset the machine and then stay clear of all Dell software. So I reset Windows (not a factory reset through Dell, a reset through windows), which still didn't fix the issue. If anyone has a solution that would be amazing.

Also, this is a relatively recent issue. It happened sometime around the time I installed a new nvme ssd although I'm not sure if it was before or after.
